Spicy Shrimp with Mushrooms
7 oz raw shrimp
1 cup mushrooms
Frank's Red Hot Sauce to taste (from 1/2 to 2 tsp)
Garlic to taste (I use about 1 tsp)
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Heat Olive Oil in pan until hot. Add Mushrooms and Garlic. Sauté until Mushrooms begin to soften. Add Shrimp and sauté until no longer translucent. Add Lemon and Hot Sauce. Sauté for 1 minute.
