Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 10 or less minutes
5 T olive oil
2 t Dijon mustard
juice of half a lemon
2 T capers
Whisk the oil, mustard, and lemon juice together in a small pan.
Stir over low to medium heat.
When mixture is warm/hot add the capers.
Pour the emulsified sauce over cooked broccoli and serve.
This also goes great with asparagus (instead of hollandaise) and fish.
