Arvada Trigger Point Dry Needling

What is Trigger Point Dry Needling?

Trigger point dry needling (TDN), also commonly referred to as simply Dry Needling, involves inserting a very small and thin needle into a tight or sore muscle in a specific location called a "trigger point." It can be an effective method to address long standing muscle pain or joint problems related to chronic muscle tightness.

How Does it Work?

Although Dry Needling uses needles, the methodology and purpose is much different. Once inserted, the needle changes the muscle's physiology so that the muscle is able to absorb calcium and relax.

Benefits of Dry Needling

• Decreased muscle soreness
• Increased flexibility
• Muscle relaxation
• Decreased pain
